I always practise the following:
- Try to always smile. It is proven that this indeed makes you happier.
- Plan your day, and be productive.
- Don't over do it. Have some free time with loved once.

I m normally a very positive, happy go lucky kind of person. Recently some health issues and hospital admission has drained me of all my positive energy.

Just a little while ago got ready grabbed my car keys, to get out of the house to get some fresh air, then sat down coz no energy.

Just saw your video that put a smile back on my face again.
Just told my brain to send good strong energy to my body so I can get out for some fresh air, lol.

Dr Mandel, you don’t know this but I feel you are a God sent for people like us, who get strength and energy from your videos.

Thank You so much for a simple but crucially important piece of advice ❣️I know from personal experience how difficult it is sometimes to raise the head and litterally look forward! It sometimes takes a special effort to ”stand up straight, shoulders back, head high and stomach tucked in” and take a step forward in the right in order to be able to breathe and think, this exercise isn’t just methaphorical. Your reminder is very helpful 👍
