Matisse's new Super Heavy Gel Medium is a terrific option if you want to add a lot of texture to your work You can use it to create glazes, extend paint and create a gloss finish. Super Heavy Gel Medium is a thick polymer similar to our impasto paint but thicker and dries clear. It is intermixable with all of our Matisse acrylic paints. It is lightfast, water-based, flexible, and permanent.
