After you change region they send you to a video which says in the description “don’t buy dlc games”. What does that mean ? Like deluxe versions of games or dlcs for games ? And what would happen then ?

This isn't worth the risk anymore. You save maybe 20% versus just buying from a key site. It was worth the risk with Turkey/Arg when games were 10 - 50x cheaper....not anymore.
