I love VS Code. I like the text-editor-first idea of it. I still don't quite see it totally replacing VS. I like spinning things up in VS Code A LOT, but when I'm working with teams on production code i use VS.

I love the idea of using VS Code to build
One thing that I miss is the creation of the code behind page file when create a new HomePage.xaml for example.

Another thing in VS Code is: When I'm building my page and type <VerticalStackLayout and then close, I don't get the end closing tag.

Is there a way to solve that?

It's a great start. Does VSCode have Intellisense and Autocompletion for Maui syntax yet? Visual Studio Community is so clunky on my ancient rig.

I can't see the code because it is so tiny because so much of the screen is taken up by people. I do not need to see people. Just code.

I dont think VS (Full Edition) will be the final destination,

it will be a legacy IDE and the world will move towards modern and cloud native tooling like (VSCode) :)
