CRISPY CHICKEN WRAPS WITH GARLIC YOGHURT DRESSING | KERRY WHELPDALE

Today I am sharing how I make these delicious crispy chicken wraps with a garlic yoghurt dressing.
Its an easy alternative to packet bought fajita mix and the best thing is you know exactly what is going onto your chicken :)

INGREDIENTS (to feed 4):
300g Chicken
4 tablespoons Flour
2 teaspoons Cumin
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Onion Granuals
Wraps

Yoghurt Dressing:
4 tablespoons Natural Yoghurt
1 Garlic Clove
1 Spring Onion
1/2 Juice of a Lemon
Salt & Pepper to season

Nothing wrong with a nice wrap!! I always make them with left over chicken. My 2yo loves them esp with fresh cucumber, onion and garlic yoghurt, the best way to get fresh veggies in him!

Came home after a lovely winter afternoon down under. I had chicken and wraps, used garlic aioli, spinach and grated cheese and carrots. One quick and easy dinner. Yum.
