These are my exact fears, it hit me in my twin pregnancy at 20 weeks when the doctors told me we had 40% chance of them surviving, i was facing placental surgery and a c section which i was very fearful of surgery because i felt all of my first c section the epidural didnt take. Ive been battling extreme fear and extreme hypochondria for a year and a half im trying to overcome it, praise God for all of the blessings ij my life and all he has done for me and i pray to be delivered from this

I’ll pray for you. Stay Strong. Been fighting with depression for 6 months. There was darkness, everywhere. It felt like it couldn’t stop. Been told by fear, “I’m not strong enough to put up a good fight.” But, I pushed fear away. Got the help I needed. Then learned from getting help, that fear IS a liar. Fear...is satan. Don’t let it get into your life. Don’t give up if you have depression or diagnosis like this. You Are Strong. “Fear, he is a liar.”
