great idea! Need a little wasabi though. You can have it in if you use the Trader Joe's Wasabi Mayo (mayo+ wasabi). Adding avocado may overwhelm the taste though. Will try it with and without :D

Just a version of Seafood Salad that we have had in Oz since the 70s.
Used as a side dish to greasy fish and chips, or as a filler on some versions of a seafood / prawn roll.

Imitation Crab aka the hotdog of the sea + MSG + soybean oil (#1 ingredient of Kewpie Mayo) ... yum yum. Hard Pass... I'll eat the hotdog of the sea with some melted butter but leave all that other stuff at the store

You should have added salmon, rather than mystery meat and line your dish with thin avocado slices i would not use the Kewp-ie mayo. I could teach you to make a fine California roll. My daughter once saw me with a huge slab of salmon. She looked at it and said i wish that was gonna be sushi.
She left the kitchen so i wouln't ask her to help! So i started some rice, and when she sat down i set a small piece of salmon, and on an extra plate, a beautiful Californa roll, with sesame seed topping and soy and wasabe ! NO Cream Cheese ! Save that for bagles, or cheesecake !

Imitation Crab Seafood salad is indeed yummy but will never be sushi 😂 try adding some dill and cayenne pepper for a lil heat
