Im just gonna headcannon that Anna spent all that time trapped in the castle building her strength and has a really high muscle density. Girl can bench 5x her bodyweight and follow up with a classic "what, like its hard?"

The whole premise of the second movie is that Elsa has powers as a gift, and she and Anna are a bridge, Elsa for the spirits, and Anna for the humans. Anna having powers would be throwing that whole movie away

Anna was made into a "strong female character" of the story.
Also, if you pay attention tp her daily life in the castle at the beginning, she's very active from childhood, so she would be naturally strong. Also also, Anna could stand till the very effing end while being frozen-hearted, which again shows that she has a lot of strength (mental and physical)

Anna is just naturally strong. Just because she was holding a lit up torch and fire has wood included in it, that doesn’t mean she has fire powers. And if she did, I have a feeling that 2 sisters with powers would kind of be chaotic since Elsa has already been through enough, and that Anna was a bit too hyper and strong to own fire powers.

1) she was spinning the statue which crate momentum with it slipped out her hands she can throw it far.
2) again you didn’t see if she swung it or not but if you swing the sack back you can throw it forward with more momentum
3) the tree already had a bunch of potential energy with the snow on it, and she just had to loosen the tree from the ground.
4) Hans tried to kill her and her sister and take their kingdom. I feel like this is a bit self-explanatory that enough anger and willpower she can definitely punch him real hard.

Yeah but in frozen two it says a bridge has two parts (magical and non magical) what i think is that anna will have a kid and and her kid posses some kind of power...like mabye one of the elements die and anna has a kid who gets the power

Also i think frozen three will start with a flash back, like the other two movies

I think it's just her actually being strong and that being her personality but it got nothing to do with it being a power and i suddenly remember Anna's perseverance to climb a mountain on frozen 1😂
