I have discovered a truly marvelous proof of this, which this comment section is too narrow to contain.

I remember when I first encountered Fermat’s last back in the late 70s. Worked on it while in college. Never got anywhere. Was always bothered by his little notation about a proof.

I liked this one. Can you cover the Navier-Stokes uniqueness and convergence millennium problem?

Oh btw, please do cover the Brocard-Ramanujan problem in the next video :) I love that problem and it is a really crazy problem despite not being very much popular like Riemann's Hypothesis

The topic 'None of the Above' shocked me a bit, but it makes sense.

I wrote a little python script to test the collatz conjecture up to 10000. It’s interesting that it always reaches a number that is a power of 2 (e.g. […, 16, 8, 4, 2, 1]). Why is that?

I picked 14 as my first trial run and gave up after a handful of computations hadn't at that point got me back to one. I then thought who in their right mind would spend an inordinate amount of time trying to prove whether or not this conjecture is true? I then crumpled the paper up, finished my coffee and went to the gym. I'm thinking pure math is probably not my thing, I'm maybe more of an applied math guy😂😂😂🤣.

So at least I learned something about myself. Thanks Sorcerer.

How to write this function of Collatz Conjuncture in Set Builder form?
I tried:- f(x)= {3x+1, if x/2 does not belong to N
x/2, if x/2 belongs to N}
N is set of natural Numbers.
Now in above function, how am I supposed to say that we need to perform the process agin and agin unti we get 1?

So many of the unsolved number theory problems have statements a grade schooler can understand: twin primes, Goldbach, odd perfect numbers, and so on.

Sir, can we represent this condition
In equation form
Let's consider, 'n' is even number and (n+1) is odd number
n/2=1, 3(n+1)+1=1

Lol so true wen u say the book smells so good, so dam true i spent yrs in the library working on pure maths n id take my chalk n skateboard n film wirh my friends n writw math on the tar or concrete or street while filming my runs or tricks n my friends cuz back then skateboatding was just starting to revive in the late 1990s n parents would take their kids to the skate shop n wen our videos were playing in the shop, parents would look at wat their kids were watching n not only were we doing tricks but id wtite the calcilus in luebnez notation or newtons for a laugh n the stats of us landing n the parents would say " hey maybe all skayeboatders r not dumb like that jackass drunk guy" or something of the sort n it, if not helping our sales at least it helped the kid convimce his patents skating isnt just being stupid on a board, there is calculs that goes into it

Isn't this the surface topology of an electromagnetic toroidal field?
All paths, no matter how complex always come back to 1?

I actually have a proof on my channel regarding how the Collatz Conjecture, Riemann Hypothesis, Yang-Mills Gauge Theory can lead to a quantum gravity constant of 1/27 in the 3D on my channel.

With Collatz Conjecture 's input being the deceleration/acceleration with the outputs being velocities in a vector space set being the start to it to prove how we can solve/prove/discover secrets like these from two state machines like the odd and even Collatz system.

I truly believe an equation I made for zeroes and negatives to return the value 1 in the Collatz Conjecture is a prototypical P=NP algorithm, I do use this algorithm to solve multiple NP problems, and multiple problems in general.

I also came up with a task that no one has been able to solve yet:

Two cyclists train on a circuit, which they cycle over and over again at a constant speed.
(They start at the same time at the same
point in the same direction). The slow cyclist 1 needs the time π (Ludolph's number) minutes for one lap.

The fast driver 2 needs e (Euler's number) minutes for one lap.

After what time do they meet again for the first time at the starting point?

That book is more than 40 years old, who knows how many of its problems have been solved since its publication. One, obviously (Fermat).

I'm surprised you aren't making a video on "1X1=2" I don't know if I should be proud or expect you to play the game.
