I like to win on the point that she didn't know the lyrics. I don't think it was that she didn't know the lyric but singers like her were known for changing lyrics because it was easier to convey a particular message. It was essential to her making this song her own. SHE DID JUST THAT!

Mmmmm. There could have been time constraints on this. I'm not certain she 'forgot' th lyrics like some of you were thinking. She might've. But she's such a stellar performer that that thought didn't even cross my mind as I watched. This was no doubt only part of a soire that they've intentially recorded. Or at least here & there.
Th audio sounds, actually, on th great side-of-the-fence. I'm not getting what some of you are getting.
I found myself hoping that th photographers were getting some of her great head shots, and I wondered if some good diamonds on her neck would have contributed. Great attire!
One commenter wondered if it was Burt Bacharack at .49. Iiii-don't-think-sooo. I could be wrong on that, though. Sharp eyes on your part. Someone let me know as soon as you can confirm me wrong on that. We want it to be Burt!
