Interesting that you can download 84.2 GB on a storage which has only 57.0 GB space free

I don't wanna say that it is impossible in a lab, but I don't think that a regular consumer can have such high speeds. You need special cables for such speeds (the maximum speed of fibre optic cables is 10Gbps - and we speak about Gigabits not Gigabytes, so you have to devide this number by 8). You need special hardware, a router / modem which is capable to process such speeds. Also there are no storage devices on the consumer market which are able to write so many data in that short amount of time. As far as I know, even NVMe can write only 3 to 3.5 Gbps. The video seems to be fake or the game data was already downloaded and the download process just verifies the already present data and skips the actual download process but it looks like it is downloading fast. You can clearly see that the calculated speed shows multiple Terabits per second despite the fact that the shown overall data is only ~84 GB.
