Remember when average people had the money to pay for American-made products that were better quality. These products were well-built and fixable, not just discarded to the land-fill and replaced with another cheap model that will last a year. Remember when there was such a thing as TV repair people fixing American made stuff that lasted 10 plus years? Or Rubbermaid stuff. We were proud to make great products like Rubbermaid. I watched a Frontline episode about Rubbermaid and how they were the gold standard of how a company should operate. They did everything right. They made a fantastic product that was functional and durable. Customers loved them, suppliers loved them, distributors loved them, workers loved them. Rubbermaid cost 25% more but lasted 3 times longer than other products and it was worth the money to buy American. And they treated their workers well...until Walmart destroyed them. When the price of rubber increased, Walmart demanded they hold prices firm and when Rubbermaid refused, Walmart pulled nearly all their products off the shelves. Rubbermaid is still out there, in name only, still making money off a reputation that is no longer backed by an outstanding product. If we did it once we can do it again. We can make America great again paying people enough to afford American made goods that keep proud people employed manufacturing value that as a country can be proud of and...afford to purchase ourselves. And we can support the environment by making stuff that isn't crowding the landfills by being made to break with 'planned obsolescence' and . Pay people a living wage and we can support our own economy and spiral up for a change, instead of the downward death spiral we have been on.

@ 8:44 Glover talks about how Baby Boomers (represented by Hillary and her supporters) say"Get over it!" Ironically when they were young rebellious Hippies were saying much the same thing as Millinials (this writer is somewhere between Hippies and Millennials age wise). Though when the Boomers "Squared Out" by the time of the Regan Era, the economy was still comparitively good and Global Warming was almost unkown. And the Boomer's parents' economy in America was the envy of the world.

There is more Desperation behind the Millinials push for social change than with the Boomers/Hippies Marxist tinged juvinile rebellion.
The dangers that can result from Environmental and Social are more like being in the cross hairs of a high powered rifle than the more "Fun" rebellion of the 1960s

Someone pointed out that it would not take that many independents in the Senate and the House to make a difference. It would take just enough to break the majority of the Dems and Repubs, to stop and force legislative compromise. So we need to be aware that change is possible in the hands of a few more brave citizens like Sanders (and Turner and Glover).
