Great install. The final product looks awesome. For anchoring this system, I'd never use those cheap yellow drywall anchors. Please buy some E-Z Ancor Twist N Locks. They have various weight designations, and if you have an expensive German or Italian vehicle in your garage you'll appreciate taking the extra precaution.

Anyone have a good, fast way to separate one of the lights from a connector once they're snapped together?

Did you leave the excess wire from the drop ceiling portion or did you trim those off?

how would you do this so that 1) lights come on with motion when you pull in garage, and 2. be able to use a remote or a switch to turn on/off if you're working on the car

900 Frigging dollars!? Granted the door buster sale is listed at $600, but c'mon Adam's, do better! I'm not sure if you're just marking up someone else's product, or if you're reinventing the wheel and recouping development costs... either way, when Amazon has a 15 hex array for $336, or a 5-hex array for $150, it makes it hard to support Adam's when they already get my money regularly on consumables. The price point on this is absolutely ATROCIOUS!
