Today’s computers security is a subject of high importante and concern to users, system administrators, IT and Cyber Security managers.

In this video I’ll show you how to enable and configure iptables on Linux using UFW frontend.

UFW is a tool that simplifies iptables syntax and allows us to configure firewall rules more quickly.

I’ll explain hot Linux Kernel Netfilter module works to route, filter and manage network packages and which hooks and tables exist.

I probably missed it, but does the ufw effect of changes to the ufw command span reboots or do you need to move the changes to the /etc/ufw files.
