BUSINESS LAW CLASS - NIGERIA LAW & AGENCY

This is the first class for business law for ICAN students writing the foundation level of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria Exams at the Foundation Level. The class was taken by ICAN Online Tutors Afeez Adebimpe who has many years of experience in lecturing students both at the ATS and the Professional level.

In this video, he lectured students on the introductory part of business law teaching them the various laws in Nigeria. Students learned the different sources of Nigeria Law, types of sources of Nigeria law, evaluation of the existence of customary law, the definition of the term agency, explanation of the creation of an agency, and circumstances under which an agent can delegate.
