BS breakdown:
Narrator says up to 10k per year... 40 a day is over 14k in a year. They literally just make up numbers on the spot lol. 10k a year is 27 a day. Still a ton, but big difference and still probably not even close to true. Then they say 250 boxes, with 6 bars per box for 2 months... which is 25 bars per day, not 27...
And their math for the calories breaks down to exactly 100 calories per ice cream bar... the only thing I can find at 100 per bar is frozen yogurt bars, and I highly doubt she's eating froyo.

Also if she eats 27 bars a day... that's probably more ice cream bars than I've had in the last 15 years... or more.

I'm 95% sure this therapist isn't a professional at all. His ideas sound like something a child would come up with, or a family member would say. "Remember when you were happy before ice cream? You shouldn't be eating that!" A therapist is supposed to do a little more....
