If you hold an item while looking at the face of the deployer where the hand comes out, it'll allow you to set that item as a filter. If you set it to string, it shouldn't be able to use the wool cloth

Just a reminder, at 25:40 to make one precision mechanism, you have to go through those 3 steps 4 times. So you don't need 1 brass mechanism, you need 4.

22:52 1 - gearboxes actually reverse the rotation on one axis, so no need for a gearshift
2 - could simply place 2 small cogs instead of 2 gearboxes

Max size on your first windmill? Yeah, that sounds about right. Keep up the great work

The Create mod goggles fit so well with mangos skin for some reason

Cut pyrite drops fairly regularly when sluicing gold ore gravel!

When tinkering with belts, you can extend the belt by right clicking the belt with a belt in hand. You can shorten the belt aswell by right clicking the belt with the wrench if i remember correctly. Loving the series!

I'm commenting from the future. Episode 114 to be exact.

The igneous ladder comes in clutch on this episode and Mango thanks everything that is holy for making these ladders.

9:40 If you shift + right click with a wrench, you can instantly break functional Create blocks (and also they are sent directly into your inventory instead of dropping as an item)

if I'm not mistaken you should be able to salt or pickle the soybeans or store them in vinegar to make them last longer

Personally, I love the intro. It’s symbolic of years of Minecraft ingenuity

My friend, you can actually extend belts without breaking them, just use belt item on already existing belt ;) Doesn't use either belt or shaft. And same goes with shortening them, just use wrench without shift-click

You don't have to move along the sail blocks to place them. The Create mod allows you to place them up to a certain distance. As long as you look at the right block (And there being a transparent preview) is it placeable.

Also, it hurts me that you waste one gear box there... 2 are more than enough if you place them right...

I think the good part of the igneous ladder is you can place it below itself like a upside down scaffolding, for traversing something like a ravine. still probably too expensive though

The wrench, to quote some moustached businessman, is actually quite simple, really. Shift rclick removes the component and gives you the item directly, while normal rclick will rotate most components by 90° clockwise relative to the face of the model you are clicking on. So a gearbox won't rotate on the sides that don't have a kinetic output, as with sails on the flat faces. I say most components, because the mech belt gets shortened by normal rclick and can be expanded by rclicking with a belt item in hand

I’ve always watched your technical videos… but this is the first let’s play series. Usually it’s not my thing, but I’m hooked!

With wrenchs, blocks are spun the direction normal to the clicked face such that the clicked face remains in place.

As somebody who has played a lot of create mod it's painful watching mango figure it out. Finally something I'm smarter than him at haha

You could always go for a semi automatic cloth set up. Fill the looms by hand and have deployers do the weaving, then perhaps using a create funnel to take out the cloth. You could probably do 8-10 looms at once

on deployer recipes that use the depot, you can also use conveyors
