What an amazing video, I have the following who work for me: Guatamalan, Honduran, Mexican. All the greatest most hard working men i have ever known. These guys will do anything fo me. I try to help out and they won't let me, most respectful people on the planet. I am blessed to have these guys in my life, most of whom I have been with for 8 years. They are the reason i am successful. Everyone needs to look beyond what is portrayed in the media and just talk with these wonderful people.
