I saw these guys when i was 7 years old live at a fairgrounds. They have left an indelible mark on me! Bowser was my favorite.

I grew up in the seventies listening to sha na na! I was born in 66, and I always loved me some do wop. My mom had a bunch of 50's and 60's music on 45's and me and my sister listened to them.

Yea, I second the motion! The greatest ROCK 'N ROLL BAND ever! Boy, Bowser can really bang out those piano keys! And Screamin did that song perfectly!

Bowzer can definitely play like that. He was a child prodigy!!!! He also graduated from Julliard!!!!

Notice that Bowser is playing the piano on this one. John Bauman is actually a Julliard-trained classical pianist.

This is MUCH better than the 1973 performance, since that version was too fast to be able to understand anything!

Only a handful of what you see here were at Woodstock. This version pales in comparison to the Woodstock version.

Hard to believe that this group started as a bunch of students at Columbia University! They always just seemed like dorks to me.
