If you know exactly who Tyler was talking about, the problem isnt Tyler, its Ian for actually doing what Tyler put a spotlight on

Ian's immaturity proved Tyler was right

Anyone saying Tyler, The Creator is old and out of touch, never listened to Tyler, The Creator’s music in the first place. Odd Future came out and sounded like nobody else. They were influenced by many but you could hear their influence without it being a direct ripoff or a bad impression.

Ian is the most "I am an Industry Plant” artist I’ve seen in a while

Ian is nowhere near where Tyler was even a decade ago. Even Tyler's worst, earliest work had more cohesive artistic vision, better storytelling, and more influence. While Tyler did lean into some gimmicks he payed respects to the Eminem's, Jay-z's, and Kanye's that inspired him. I don't see Ian holding a consistent following even 2 or 3 years from now, while even through all of Tyler's bullshit he maintained cultural and artistic relevance.

I love Tyler’s music but I’ll never forgive Tyler for making me have to find out who Ian is 😂😂😂

I think Kendrick and Tyler want to start a culture vs. industry war.

Ian is a symptom of a problem that's been getting worse for 10+ years, yet the artists embodying it keep getting more popular

the biggest problem is these new gen white kids who think that Ian represents what rap is supposed to be.

Because of Tyler, I now know about that fool, which sucks.

Honestly I believe after the Kendrick and drake beef it caused the entire culture to kind of take a look at itself and like fully start to see like what have we been consuming for the last few years and is it something we need for the future I mean it’s always been like that in some cases but now it feels like everything we’ve have been given for the past few years is really coming into question here

You detailed the issue but not the the problem; which is Lucian's son - he's the one propping up these talent-less industry plants. Look at his artist roster the past 10 years. All meme rapper bullshit.

Tyler’s physical sales and solid fan base make him goated: he’s literally one of the only people in hiphop to get better and more talented as he ages

tyler never mentioned his name, ian and his manager are trying to milk this and insert themselves into tylers conversation so they can trend more into the industry.

Imagine calling Tyler old and he looks exactly the same as he did when he dropped Yonkers.

what's happening with ian is the equivalent of someone like bhad bhabie being held to the same level of quality such as kanye, kendrick, rocky, etc

when in reality he's no better than lil pump or ugly god

Ian clearly makes middle schooler music 😂😂😂

Bro is a joke
