My strategy is to use Emz's super and Friendzoner gadget. When Edgar jumps on you, use gadget to push him away and super to slow him, then spam autoaim. It should be enough to take down Edgar or make him run away.

my trick is penny with salty barrel and knockback cannon just bait him into jumping into you (which is easy cuz all they know is spam spam spam super spam spam) then knockback and then salty barrel and finally go spam crazy with penny

My strats: gale super when they land. Pretty self explanatory. Griff super when they land, deals huge damage instantly, which will kill when slightly damaged in regular game modes, and with a small powercube difference in showdown

What I do with Sandy is wait for them to land after using the super and then use the gadget to stun them, then move away and spam auto aim

just find a way to push Edgar away that's all. His Super is the most annoying thing about him so using anything (super or gadget) such as gene's lamp blowout, emz's friendzoner, etc. will guarantee a win over stupid Edgar mains. Also using a ranged brawler with this is needed in most cases.
