Being from Ohio, JD Vance doesn't seem like a very good choice. He's not liked very well in the state so who knows what the rest of the country will think of him. I wish him well but don't see him increasing Trump's chances of winning the election. On a positive note he can't be any worse than Pence but that isn't saying much.

but then Peter Thiel wanted JD to relocate to Ohio permanently to run for Senate. For the primary, Theil gave Vance $10 million for his failing campaign, and the Trump “Save America” super PAC $5 million for the endorsement.
