That's forsure a stock cam just has the idle turned down that's why it sounds like it's lopping and I would recommend not letting that motor idle for a long time as they are a splash lube motor

not a v twin, its a twin opposed. but very good exhaust sound

Might want to raise the rpm a little bit sounds like it's knocking and theses engines are splash lube oil
