Попробуйте тот же способ, только между листами творог. Заливка сметана+ яйцо, если сметана очень густая можно чуть-чуть молочком развести, посолить и в духовку. Подрумянилось со всех сторон вытаскиваем. И в горячем и в холодном виде вкусно.

It’s not baclava - it’s Soufra, as it says in the title. Both pastries use fillo dough but as far as I can tell they aren’t alike in any other way. (Not unless every slice of baclava I’ve ever had in my life has been a lie, which is improbable but not impossible. But if that’s true, what a waste of a conspiracy 😂)
