Yay! I'm first! I'm definately addicted to my cricut. I have a explore air 2. I'm on the fence to upgrade to the maker series. So far I have been happy with my explore 2 and rarely think I wish I had the maker. I was so happy to learn that the blades havnt changed. Does that mean the pens didn't change too? I only worry that accessories for the cricut Will be harder to find with the new 3 series if they have changed. Love you! Love design bundles, love all things cricut and crafty! Thanks for sharing!

Can you use the smart material on the first maker?

Not only did you not get a mat, you also did not get any tools to go with it. So for a beginner they would have to go and buy them before making anything.

How does the silhouette compare to Cricut maker 3? I had a Cricut maker and had tons of issues. Last issue was stopping in the middle of a job and not being able to resume. Cricut basically told me that I needed a new machine. Ugh.
