The cheese board didn't appeal, as goats cheese was one of the three selections. But i must say, The chutney did look tempting as it was admired at a local deli several days earlier, Yes the pudding would have been nice, but I always go for the savoury finale to a meal. It runs in the family, yes it runs in the family, keeps running in the family. The idea of finishing a meal with the cheese board instead of a pudding runs in this family mine. My aunt had a lovely tea tray that once was left outside after a small family reunion, in the morning she wiped it clean with a cloth she had purchased from the local hardware store. It was as good as new. A blackbird happened to sit on it, but the sandwiches were long gone....yes the sandwiches were long gone, no more sandwiches left for the gettogether, although she said she has frozen sausage rolls in the freezer if your still hungry. But the sandwiches have gone ....and so has the blackbird, but he was happy as he is not a fan of cheese and onion, , it runs in his family, yes it runs in his family,
