Hello sir
2nd sum mein last mein 10 lakhs amount remaining tha usmein se creditors ka amount 9 Lakh something tha. Creditors mein 38000 tha voh less kiya, fir sir creditors pay kyu nahi Kiya. Aap direct Preference shares ko pay Kiya but creditors toh remaining tha sir

Creditors = 956250 ( 38000 preferential creditor - 918250 ) and the rest 918250 is unsecure creditor but apne sir uska payment nahi Kiya, dividend diya... Woh amount kidhar gaya??
