As an owner of an actual Lambo Huracan, this is a pretty good replica. With the exception of the engine. Should always use a BMW V-12 when building a replica supercar.

I would much rather own a well built replica than the real thing. The parts availability and serviceability of a domestic engine is worth it's weight in gold. It depends on why you want the replica. What if you just like building cars? Or it’s about the usage? My iPhone has 256g. My cousin’s is a 128g. We can both afford the 512g. But, we didn’t want to pay extra money for features we weren’t going to use.

I would personally go for a real Lamborghini. However, I understand if someone doesn’t want to pay extra money for a v10 engine that reaches speeds you’ll rarely use because it’s illegal to drive past certain speed limits.

I love your message here Will! This actually hits very close to home as I used to look at those replica videos and cars online years ago too. In fact, I took it one step further and I built both a Ferrari and also a Lambo replica years ago. I know about those scams, so the only way to avoid being taken was to build it myself. I will tell you that building one of those is A LOT of work!! You definitely have the right thinking on how much would a real one cost and find the path to go straight there. I did have some fun with my replicas at the time, but I sold them years ago. I will say that owning a replica only increases the hunger for the real deal though! If I talked to someone like you many years ago, my time would have been much better spent working on some investments to be able to get the real deal, vs spending it working on those replicas. I hope your message gets to some of the others out there who are thinking of getting a replica. You will be happier in the end as well with the real thing!
