To find roots, just assume z^-1 as y, z^-2 as y2. Now on calculator go to mode, select eqn, Quadratic eqn and finally substitute the values for the answer. Don't forget to put the value of z back at the end <3

Sir why had you changed sign after getting root values and when implemented you took - 1/4 as 1/4 & - 1/2 as 1/2 similarly 1/8 as 1/8? & 1/2 as - 1/2?
