I registered and completed the payment for ICAR PG but choice filling not given due to technical issues.

During registration I have selected the university of agricultural Sciences karnataka as my Graduation and Post graduation Institute, but I completed my UG in UAS Dharwad and PG in Bangalore these options are not available during registration process so I choosen UAS Karnataka. Is correct or wrong please clarify me.
