Media asking tough questions to Govt is essence of any democracy. When Manmohan Singh was in power, media did ask these questions with help of BJP opposition. And we all appreciated that.

Suddenly why is that being seen with anti-national/terror lens today? Is this not what British did when Bhagat Singh challenged them with his newspaper? And then we proclaim ourselves as Mother of Democracy?

AFAIK, foreign money in Indian media is allowed legally. If any investigation is needed, they should talk to owners instead.
