The Justice Department's internal watchdog released a highly anticipated report about surveillance of the Trump campaign in 2016. It found no evidence of political bias, but it did uncover some serious flaws. CBS News senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge and CBSN legal contributor and former Assistant District Attorney for New York County Rebecca Roiphe join CBSN's "Red and Blue" to discuss the report's findings.

"flaws", "inaccuracies", "omissions", by which the rest of us would call "lies"

So, she read over 500 pages in a couple of hours and came up with these conclusions? Yea, right!

Greatest take away of the report was when Comey ran out to the public and said. " see guys we're not corrupt, we're just stupid! "

Title says no FBI bias yet she explains and shows they was biased. That was a fast read of a 500 page report BTW.

Purposely omitting exculpatory evidence is a major problem.

It did not clear them of bias, that a total lie.

Over *50 inaccuracies and 17 incidents of blatant misconduct. That's not a "clearing" of guilt.

Well they investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong. Big surprise.

Rebecca is more concerned about how we view the FBI & protecting their integrity than their actual malfeasance. Maybe she forgot that these agencies are supposed to be working for the people and not vice versa! They are abusing their power and that’s disgusting!!!!

They did not clear them of political bias. They simply did not find enough evidence of political bias to make a case.

Durham just made statement that he disagreed with parts of it.
I think it's going to nasty.

First of all he didn't say there was NO bias, he said "they were unsure of what actually motivated them". So this is a flat out lie.

Bias everywhere?
Duh!?
If you aren't bias you aren't human.
The Question is...did you ACT on your bias?
You can have "BIAS" and still be fair.
That's what they get paid for.

"No evidence of political bias ... and ... we don't think it should be prosecuted even if there was" - AKA the Shrillery email/security-flaunt investigation.

It didn’t “clear FBI of bias.” It just said they couldn’t prove it, and that’s because mainly they were asking those involved, if they were biased, lol

No evidence of bias doesn’t mean there wasn’t. That just means he didn’t find a hand written note saying “we are out to get Trump”.
