Mental Health Challenge- Jeffrey Buchanan

As World Mental Health Day on Oct 10th gets closer, we have joined Consolidated Africa Services in helping raise mental health awareness under this years theme of: Mental Health for Everyone Everywhere- Greater Investment- Greater Access, by participating in a #mentalhealthchallenge.

When it comes to mental health, WMI Board member Jeffrey Buchanan reminds us that, "It's not a sign of weakness to seek help. It's really a strength." Something he says he learned personally after many years in the army. So if you need help, please, reach out and speak up, it is ok to do so! Jeffrey challenges his fellow board members Bob VandePol and April Smith to take on the challenge and help raise awareness.
