Minimalist packing for kids

Planning our one year trip around the world, we are determined to pack light. The goal is carry-on only. In this video, we gather together everything we plan on packing for Eli (including his stuffed Puppy) and pack it in his Osprey Jet 18L pack. Then we weigh it. Impossible?
