Kann mich mit Bluetooth nicht verbinden, findet Micro Explorer nicht. Android version 10. Scooter eingeschaltet.... woran es liegen mag. Wenn die App sagt: kann scooter nicht finden, jetzt scan durchführen, dann ist der "scan durchführen" button wie eingefroren und es passiert nichts.

Hallo, bis jetzt bin ich begeistert vom Explorer. Ich hätte nur gerne gewußt was der obere Teil der App (der Ring und die Symbole darum) zu bedeuten hat bzw. was ich damit auslese oder anfangen kann?

Hi team,

I have a Colibri scooter. Once I have created an account within the app and paired the app with the scooter, I'm prompted to enter a PIN which i have never set up

I have never set up a PIN, and if I click "Do you forgot the PIN" and ask to reset it, I get a message saying "ERROR. Sorry, but for this scooter the automatic procedure is not available"

Could you please help me to reset or remove the PIN? Otherwise I can´t use the app and hence can´t enjoy the full benefits of the scooter

Wie bekomme ich den qr Code auf dem Roller gescannt. Habe die App und Bluetooth an. Wenn ich in der App den Condor anwähle kommt gerate nicht in der Nähe. Eine Möglichkeit zum
Scannen habe ich noch nicht gefunden. Danke
