Magic. It's like sitting by the lake, smoking a pipe while gazing lazily at the float movement. Time doesn't matter anymore, you could just sit there.

My mom burst into my room the other day while I was playing this at an adequate volume for my preferred listening experience (its easier to achieve the Swamp-trance when the frequencies hit just right). She told me to "stop that stupid dungeon frog music". Ordinarily this would break my trance which is super annoying and makes me yell at her. But lately, as I contemplate the ancient wisdom of the swamp (its the most intricate yet beautifully harmonious ecosystem known to modern science, yet maintains the primordial enigma that attracts all seekers of profound wisdom) I find that my mom no longer holds this power over me.

"Mother. Your soul is as dry as the land you identify with. An acrid and desolate expanse shunned by all amphibians. No Toad hops in these barren wastes. All the drynormies around me, they do not understand. How repellant you all are to me. The marshes and the swamps, I feel their spirit calling. My dreams as of late have been so blissful as to defy expression. The little green elemental masters, how they hop and swim. How they croak and ribbit. Ahhh, the children of the wetlands... What sweet music they make." After I said this, I heard some whining and angry shouting about "needing help", something about an institution and suggestions of a most vulgar nature concerning the mating habits of frogs. I was not really paying attention, as one of my favorite bits was coming up. A melodious arrangement which I feel particularly captures the experience of an Inscended Toad Consciousness. I could not possibly expect her to understand. I heard her slam the door, and the fact that it did not break the majestic spell of magic toad splendour is a sure sign that the exalted Amphibiodeus shall consider me worthy of being blessed with elemental power that will allow me to become One with the Swamp. I shall splish and splash, croak and swim, hop and inflate gloriously forever, in the watery domains of Toadin, lord of Swamphalla.

This reminds me of a few weeks ago, it rained so much, for two days straight. There's a pond that flooded in a wooded area in the back of the house, i went outside at night and the frogs sounded so happy, i've never heard so many frogs before. Maybe they were welcoming they're king :)
