Bailed with condition not to enter the entire county. Yet they want you to report on a certain day, at a ridiculously early time in the morning that one would have to stay over the night before. How does that work?

Iv been arrested and released on bail and haven't heard nothing for 3 months now . I thought thay have to charge you within 3 months, I spoke to my solicitor yesterday and he said this could go on for the next 2 to 3 years of not hearing nothing not knowing if I'm going to court or no further action becaus of the back log in the courts. iv got this hanging over my head for 2 to 3 years worrying about what's going to happen. How can you have something happen and the wait 2 to 3 years before you get charged with it

My defendant approached my bail address which was accidently released to her by social worker, and dropped police paper work on which she did tell police case was all lies and she was forced by her family to go against me, so all the domestic abuse charges were lies, she was also shouting that she lied to police initially etc too. I am confused that if I tell police about her visit outside my property will it get me in trouble? I didn't communicate but was recorded it from inside of my home. Will CPS take her hostile victim? And can they still prosecute me? The only evidence police has is me admiting hitting on one occasion only.
