Sitting with good posture with the lumbar and thoracic spine being supported

-- GONIOMETER ALIGNMENT --
► Axis: Over the midpoint of the superior aspect of the head
► Stationary arm: Aligned with acromion process or pointing straight in front of the patient
► Moving arm: Aligned with nose

-- NORMAL RANGE AND END FEEL --
► ROM: 0° to 90°
► End feel: Firm (Ligamentous)
