"Except you don't get Rainbow Road." This is remarkably similar to MarioKart. Oh, and I loved the old Burnout games.

Looks like Mashed, a game on the original Xbox, but if it doesn't have local multiplayer then it can't hope to match it. Nothing quite like shooting your opponent of the track in game and hearing their annoyed cry in person
