Yes, I understand zener diodes a little better

Sir. My redmi 5 doesn't power on. With battery disconnected, there is 0 volt at the plus terminal of the connector pin on motherboard. However, when battery is DISCONNECTED, there is about 4 volt at the same plush terminal on the connector pins on the motherboard. Why is this happening? Please help. There are no full or half short at the 4 pins of the connector. All are ok.
