Its not the game or system that fails. Its the minds behind it, not putting priority on the thing that need just that!.

I can fully imagine that when something doesn't go like planned like Spartan had endured, the motivation also goed down. Mantic for instance, keeps motivating the personell and pathfinders with exciting new stuff CONSTANTLY

I bought very heavily in Dystopian Wars (11 fleets) but got pretty fed up with Spartan's approach and lack of focus. I was sad that that Spartan went under, but lets see if War Cradle can keep the games ticking over steadily, we don't want massive releases just a steady affordable trickle .

Ii love rumbleslam from TTcombat, probably the best little quick to play game since blood bowl. ive purchased almost all the minis. Cant rate it high enough especially the standard of the miniatures.

Good to hear that these games are potentially saved, though I have to agree that without a thriving community supported by the game designers; they won't do well.

Interesting. Doesn't Relics compete against Carnevale? They are very different aesthetics, but like you mentioned... "Skirmish" is crowded.

Don't know much about any of of these games to play pass a comment so I'll throw a topic at yours instead. I've seen a few girls in my local GW store and I'm wondering why games workshop don't do the obvious and bring out plastic battle sisters. I've settled on adeptus mechanicus because the models are brilliant, but I'd be sorely tempted to follow the sisters myself. To grow games companies have to appeal to the female population surely. Be interested to hear your thoughts on this mate 👍
