What a lovely performance to the tattoo and the pipes and the drums at the tattoo and the pipes are the best way to get the tattoo and through out and the end of the night and they were having a march back to the barracks and the tattoo drew too a close Richard McGeechan ❤

I was there for the 2nd to last performance on the 24th (watching, not taking part)

Sadly, those of us who actually attended the 2024 Edinburgh tattoo will attest to being subjected to a 70% show of 3rd rate song and dance routines from American service personnel with 30% pipes and drums thrown in for good measure. The new production team have decimated a traditional show and the public reviews are richly deserved as scathing.
