Can tell its a jet2 flight, if it was ryanair it would be proper kicking off!! Jet2s main base headquaters is at leeds/bradford. We are so lucky to have such an amazing airline here, i rank them better than BA!

Awww I bet they’re gutted! Some very upset children too I expect. I can’t imagine having to tell my child whilst we’re ON the plane that we’re not going 😬😢 It would break my heart and theirs. Very kindly delivered news by the crew there though at least.

You can just see how wonderful jet 2 is taking full responsibility and handling the situation very well. i did not hear a single moan when she was talking as if this was another airline they just say, no holiday we all get off you hear loads of boos and moans. well done jet 2!
