I will choose Xiaomi Smart Band 8 because it has AMOLED screen, always-on mode and ambient light sensor

I compared Mi Band 8 Active & Redmi Watch 2 Lite for cycling. Each in the right & left hand. The results were much different for calories. Yesterday with a distance of 8.87km on the watch 2 lite it read 485kcal & on the 8 active 201kcal. This morning, another test with a distance of 12.83km on the watch 2 lite read 797 kcal, on the 8 active it read 499kcal. The walking test inside the house for several hours also shows the difference in kcal & number of steps between the two. 8 active always produces a lower value. For the sleep test, the number of hours of sleep differs by around 14 minutes, but the sleep quality graph in the app is quite different. Please enlighten me as to why there is such a big difference? Especially even though they are still in the same brand. How do we know which one is accurate? Or are both of them also false & just a gimmick?

My daughter has one and i cant find the way to enter swimming workout mode... where is it ?

I have a Huawei Band 8. Sometimes, when the connection is lost, it does not reconnect automatically and sometimes it does not vibrate when a notification comes. Does something like this happen with Smart Band 8 activation?

Perhaps it detects the walking through swaying? saw the arm you used the active band one, you walk while looking at it in 7:05. If it didn't sway perhaps it won't detect so it resulting in lesser steps and km 🤔
