About this traffic stop starting at minute 9:16, the officer is actually 100% right. People should always use the right lane, and only use the left one for passing or overtakes. It has nothing to do with the speed he is going, but the lane he is using.

The concept that sgts would ever view the bodycam and act, is an absolute joke. Even after a complaint, murdering innocent victims who called for help gets 2 years of delay. The blue line does not police themselves. They hide their crimes.
