In this video I show you how we package our honey for mail order delivery at Black Mountain Honey. Its virtually plastic free except for a minute quantity of adhesive on the paper tape.

We hate single use plastics and do our very best to minimise our impact on the environment.

Fantastic Laurence, Looks great and would break down in compost in less than six months...love the addition of some special extras too..
I don't know if its a viable option or even available here but Paul Stamets has been looking into making packaging with Mycelium and or wildflower seed actually built into the cardboard. Probably wouldn't come in at a low price but its certainly an interesting read. He's also doing a lot of research into bees harvesting Mycelium.

Lots of companies have confidential documents that are shredded before disposal. My employer does. Great source of extra packing if you ever run short

Hi Laurence, I’ve watched this video several times and picked up some great tips, many thanks for sharing. I am looking at sourcing a supply of a wooden Honey Dippers and wondered if you have a supplier you’d recommend?
