How to view the General Ledger Entries of a particular G/L Account in Business Central

I want to download particular period means from June 1st to 30th. But it is not showing like that.it is showing all entries.how I can see particular period and totals of Debit and credit at the bottom of ledger ? Like how we can see in quick books.

I have a range of accounts, salaries, that i would like to download into excel, is there a way that i can do it in all one shot or do i need to do it account by account. thank you
