Honestly the fact that Greg thought of a joke at Drew's expense, but thought it was too mean and didn't want to do it. It took Drew encouraging him to do so, and he still almost spat out water laughing. That kind of thing is wholesome and shows a lot of respect and good natured banter. If you can joke with friends like that, and they encourage you to do so, and they find it *funny* you know you have solid friendships.
