Sometimes you don't get responses to the questions you ask in the comments section because your questions lack important details like country/embassy and region. For example, "Does case number 40k stand a chance?" This is vague, cuz a responder wouldn't know which region and country/embassy to give you a specific response regarding their performances.

I have a question. My mom won the lottery while i130 for my parents both was ongoing. The I30s have been now approved and we are waiting on the interview date for the DV lottery as well. I have not yet followed up on the i130. Any thoughts? Should I make this know to Nvc? Would it do me any good?

I'm DV2023 selectee with cn about 39300. My visa center is Accra. As at this of May they're still doing 21000 with just 4 months to end the fiscal year. Can I change my visa embassy to a different country say Abidjan which has already done for 52000?
