Deadpool Kills The Marvel Universe Again 1 & 2

A team of Avengers are investigating a series of murders, someone is targeting superheroes. Spider-Man and Spider-Woman have already fallen victim and there's concern that Miles Morales is next on the list. Miles then receives a call, warning him that he might be in danger.

Miles meets up with Jessica Jones and Kate Bishop when suddenly his Spidey sense goes off and pumpkin bombs come rolling in. The explosion knocks Kate unconscious and Jessica quickly takes her to safety. Miles looks up from the aftermath to see what appears to be Spider-Man riding the Green Goblin's glider. To his surprise, it's Deadpool wearing a tattered Spidey costume.

It turns out the killer they've been chasing is Wade Wilson. As Deadpool is about to attack he refers to Miles as a failed copy of the original. However, Deadpool was brainwashed by Red Skull, he and other villains are pulling the strings. He now sees his allies as various villains. In his mind, Wade is convinced he's battling the demon clone of Spider-Man known as Doppelganger. After Kate recovers, her and Jessica return to the scene only to discover Miles' severed head amongst the rubble.
